When a lead that has gone cold suddenly revisits the brochure you sent them months ago:

“Hey Nate, it’s been a while! Crystal from Apollo Gym here. How has it been keeping up with your fitness goals for 2024? 💪 Just wanted to share this with you since I remember you have quite a busy lifestyle.

We just launched a special Apollo Pass with 24-hour access to our gyms at all locations and convenient parking. Would you like to learn more?”

When a potential fitness client spends a really long time looking at the different membership packages you offer, multiple times over a month, but doesn’t say anything:
