We’re excited to show you the new Activity Timeline on Web! ✨ Get a consolidated view of all your past and upcoming activities, across all clients and team members.

🙅 No need to switch between client profiles. Just scroll through your full activity history in a single view.

You can even click on different dates to see what was done on that day or week, and better yet — use Filters to view activities of a specific type or created by certain team members!

✅ See all your client activities in one place, including messages, meetings, notes, calls, and more

✅ Activity details, attachments, geolocation, and creator are also shown. Tap to view more details

✅ Jump to any date, week, or month to check what happened (or what will happen)

✅ Filter by activity type, team member, and more to instantly find all the relevant activities

Using Filters to find what you need

If you’re working solo, your timeline – plus Filters – gives you all the info you need to plan your day.

For example, you can view all upcoming meetings with comments included, and click to view each client’s profile for further context. You can also quickly skip to the beginning of the month to remember who you called and had a great conversation with.

If you manage a sales team, your timeline gives you full visibility into your salespeople’s daily activities.

Get instant answers to questions like: How many calls did your team make yesterday? How many of those were made by a specific team member? Were they good calls, or did most leads not pick up?

Getting Started

You’ll find your new Activity Timeline under the Activities tab on Privyr Web. It’s also available on the mobile app under your Home tab > Activities > See Past Activities.

Start using your Activity Timeline to manage your day! See you at our next update!
