We know how important it is for you to stay on top of every new lead, so we’re excited to show you this new setting in Privyr – New Lead Reminders! 🔔
Now Privyr can automatically alert you if a new lead hasn’t been contacted within 15 and 60 minutes.
You can New Lead Reminders for yourself, just in case you ever miss the first alert.
And if you manage a sales team, you can also turn on this setting to receive alerts whenever your salespeople are not reaching out to their new leads within 15 and 60 minutes.
This lets you be more proactive and take action while a lead is still warm. You can step in quickly, ask probing questions, or reassign the lead to someone else if needed.
Getting Started
You can enable New Lead Reminders on your Privyr mobile app. Just go to your Account tab > Settings > Notifications > New Lead Reminders.
