Hi, we’re Shawn Travolta and Dena Mendes — a husband-and-wife team with over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, law, strategy, and capital markets.
Together, we help families, investors, and institutions match beautiful homes with intelligent investments, from private residences to high-value portfolios.
Our Story
Dena began her career as a Singapore Airlines flight stewardess, mastering world-class service, attention to detail, and the art of connecting with people from all walks of life.
She transitioned into real estate earlier than I did and built an outstanding reputation for guiding families and investors with empathy, precision, and results.
I (Shawn) spent 15 years as a civil servant in law, public policy, and security before moving into real estate and capital-markets advisory.
Trained in law, venture capital, and private equity, I combine analytical insight with strategic thinking to help clients navigate both property investments and broader acquisition opportunities across Singapore and the region.
Proven Results
Together, we co-lead The Finest Division, one of Singapore’s top-performing real-estate teams, with over S$1.3 billion in sales in the past eight years.
Personally, I’ve transacted nearly S$200 million across HDB, private, landed, luxury, and Sentosa homes — while Dena continues to set record prices for our clients.
