This helps you <strong>save even more time and effort <\/strong>when you send content to your leads and clients. \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Variables inserted into your template will be automatically replaced with the relevant details of your client, the sender (e.g. yourself or a teammate), or the content being sent. You can edit and use it for your own business.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Get inspired<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With these new variable options, you can easily create many more new detailed message templates that you can send with Privyr in one tap. Here\u2019s some inspiration \ud83e\ude84\u2728:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\ud83d\udcf1 Sound more professional<\/strong>: Add your name and your company to templates, either within the message body or at the end of the message as a signature.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\ud83d\udcf1 Confirm your prospect\u2019s details<\/strong>: Want to call your prospect at a certain number or send content to their email? Add a line to your message like \u201cI can give you a call at @clientPhone\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ve sent you the brochure at @clientEmail\u201d<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\ud83d\udcf1 Share sales scripts with a team: <\/strong>If you\u2019re using Privyr with a team, you can share a message template that uses @senderName, @senderPhone, or @senderEmail within the body of the message, so that every member of the team can send it without having to replace the script with their own details every time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Get started \u2705<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use Privyr\u2019s new variables in your template messages by tapping the <strong>View @variables<\/strong> button whenever you <a href=\"https:\/\/help.privyr.com\/knowledge-base\/messages\/#creating-messages\"><strong>create or edit a message template<\/strong><\/a>. This works on both the mobile app or web version of Privyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may also use the new variables in the default share message for Privyr Files and Pages. Simply click on <strong>Options &gt; Edit Default Message<\/strong> when viewing a File or Page.
