We’re excited to share our newest update – Custom Client Fields – which helps you easily set and save important information that you want to remember about each of your clients!
You can now store key details such as Lead Stage, Birthday, Budget, and more with custom date, dropdown, and text fields on your Privyr clients. It’s super convenient!

City (e.g. New York, Mumbai, London)
Budget (e.g. Under $5k, $5-10k, $10-25k, $25k+)Date Field

AddressCustom fields are available for Privyr Pro users on the Privyr mobile and web apps.

You can create or manage Custom Fields via the Privyr mobile app or web version. To do that, first look under your Account tab > Settings > Custom Client Fields.
Next, click Add New Field and choose the type of field you’d like to set up: Text, Date, or Dropdown. Then, simply follow the directions to set up the field. 
When you’re finished, you’ll see the fields in your Client Entries!
You can create up to 10 Custom Client Fields, and reorder them based on your preferences. For more detailed instructions, you can visit our help guide.

Setting up our newest integration is super easy and only takes a few minutes. Just open your Privyr mobile app and go to Account > Integrations > Systeme.io.
Then, follow the instructions as shown in the next screen.

We want to help! So, we’re happy to share that you can now add Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager IDs to your Privyr Files, Pages, and/or Lead Forms! 
This way, it’s easier than ever to track your lead conversions, and understand where your prospects are in their buying journeys.

To set this up from your Privyr mobile app, just go to your Account tab > Settings > Facebook Pixel & Google Tag ID.
Then just enter the ID(s) and select which Content Types (Files, Pages, and/or Lead Forms) you’d like to enable this for. It’s that easy! 

We hope this makes it easier to track your lead conversions! This update will be available in the latest version of the Privyr app (v2.15.17).

We’ve heard the feedback. And we love that so many of you are capturing leads from your phones
– without the need for complex integrations – with Privyr Lead Forms, Privyr’s free and easy built-in lead source.
That’s just one of the reasons why we’re excited to announce that Privyr Lead Forms are now available to create, edit, manage, and share from Privyr on desktop web. 

With this new option, it’s easier than ever to create and manage forms directly from Privyr in the way that makes you most comfortable – on the app or on desktop web. As always, you can share your form easily, via the link or QR code that comes with the lead form.
When a lead submits their details, they will automatically be added to your Privyr account. You’ll also receive an instant alert.
From Privyr, you can quickly contact them via WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, phone call, and more!

To create a Privyr Lead Form in Privyr on the web, visit Privyr in your web browser. Then, go to Integrations > Privyr Lead Forms > Create Form.

Then, add a Title, Description, and an image to the form. We recommend something descriptive and enticing so that your leads know:
The product or service that you’re offering
Why they’re submitting their details
What they will get out of it (including next steps, like a follow-up message or call from you)Scroll down further to find Advanced Settings, where you can fill in additional optional fields.

You can view your Privyr Lead Forms – and any leads captured by them – from your Privyr account. Visit our help guide for a full breakdown of Privyr Lead Form settings, as well as how to use Privyr Lead Forms on the app.

We know that many of you love using Privyr to save time and effort by auto-personalising your messages and content with your clients’ names. 
So, we’re excited to share that our new update makes it easier than ever to automatically include details about your clients and yourself – without having to manually edit your messages before you send them!
Privyr now lets you use several new variables in your messages, in addition to your client’s name. This helps you save even more time and effort when you send content to your leads and clients. 
Variables inserted into your template will be automatically replaced with the relevant details of your client, the sender (e.g. yourself or a teammate), or the content being sent. No need for you to edit or manually type them out!
Here’s just one example of how that may look:

With these new variable options, you can easily create many more new detailed message templates that you can send with Privyr in one tap. Here’s some inspiration 
:
Sound more professional: Add your name and your company to templates, either within the message body or at the end of the message as a signature.
Confirm your prospect’s details: Want to call your prospect at a certain number or send content to their email? Add a line to your message like “I can give you a call at @clientPhone” or “I’ve sent you the brochure at @clientEmail”
Share sales scripts with a team: If you’re using Privyr with a team, you can share a message template that uses @senderName, @senderPhone, or @senderEmail within the body of the message, so that every member of the team can send it without having to replace the script with their own details every time.
Use Privyr’s new variables in your template messages by tapping the View @variables button whenever you create or edit a message template. This works on both the mobile app or web version of Privyr.
You may also use the new variables in the default share message for Privyr Files and Pages. Simply click on Options > Edit Default Message when viewing a File or Page. Then, tap View @variables.

We hope this helps make messaging your leads a quicker, easier process! Privyr’s new message template variables are available in the Privyr app (v2.15.18) and on web.

We know that many of you love using Privyr to share and track your sales content via Files and Pages.
But we know that sometimes you just want to share some images with a lead without needing to convert it into a PDF File or adding a lot of text or links.
So, you can now create an Image Gallery in Privyr to share and track your images, beautifully and professionally, via WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, and other popular messaging apps.
Here’s an example of how that will look:

Just like your existing Files & Pages, the Image Gallery will be auto-personalised for your client. It’ll even feature your branding at the bottom!
Privyr will track and alert you each time any lead views the gallery, how many times they’ve viewed it, and how long they’ve spent viewing it. You can look this up any time within your Privyr app, and use this information to plan your follow-ups.
Here are some ways you can use your shiny new Image Gallery
:
A realtor can create an Image Gallery for each of their properties
A wedding planner can make an Image Gallery to showcase each of their wedding themes
A hair stylist can use an Image Gallery to feature each of their trending looksThe possibilities are endless with Privyr!

To start sharing and tracking your Image Gallery, open Privyr and go to Content tab > Pages > Create Page. You’ll now see a new option for Image Gallery!

We also added a few other improvements to Privyr’s Team Features on both the mobile app and web version. You can now:

You’ll soon be able to create automatic Lead Assignment Rules across all lead sources, as well as define rules by custom criteria submitted by a lead.
Plus, creating and managing Lead Assignment Rules will soon be available on the mobile app, instead of only on the web version.
