We’re excited to introduce the new Capture tab in the latest Privyr mobile app!
This makes it easier than ever to capture and manage leads from both online and offline sources, with a one-stop hub to add or import new leads, manage your lead source integrations, and more. 

Constantly meeting new people? You can even set your preferences to open the Capture tab by default as soon as you open the Privyr app!
As a sales rep, you want your sales process to be smooth and efficient – and we know this.

Add & Import Leads from One Place: Whether you want to quickly add leads you’ve met on-the-go, import leads, or integrate with a lead source, you can get all of this done from the Capture tab.
Easy Lead Management & Handling: Scroll down to set up lead assignment rules for your team or access other settings around handling leads.
A Personalised Experience: Want the Capture tab to be the first thing you see when you open Privyr? No problem! Just set it under your Account tab > Settings > Personalisation > Default Home Screen. 
You may find setting your Capture tab as your Home Screen helpful if:
You do a lot of networking events, road shows, or exhibitions.
You’re in any setting where you need to add a lot of offline or ad-hoc leads!Pro Tip
: Looking for the Activities tab? You can still access it from the Home tab > Upcoming Activities > See All Activities.
It’s super simple. Just update your Privyr app to the latest version (v2.25.0), and your Capture tab will be ready for you.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve added new settings to Privyr to help you automatically set & update a client’s follow-up date whenever you contact them through Privyr. 

If you’re like many star sales reps, you know that leads hardly ever convert after the first or even second outreach. It takes many follow-ups to turn a lead into a sale.
But consider what happens after you follow up with that lead. You still had to remember to manually update and reschedule your follow up reminders to set up that next touchpoint. This gets super tedious – especially if you work with a lot of prospects!
That’s where this Privyr update helps you. Now, Privyr can automatically reschedule your next follow-up reminder for a lead right after you’ve contacted them. How convenient is that?

You can easily set your follow-up preferences via the Privyr mobile app or web version. Just go to your Account tab > Settings > Follow Ups and set your preferences. It takes less than 20 seconds. 

Hot Tip
: We recommend setting your follow-ups to automatically update whenever you contact a client, as long as their existing follow-up isn’t scheduled for the future. Just follow the screenshot above!
This way, you will always have your next follow-up reminder scheduled. Plus, you can stay on top of your prospect outreach. And finally, you won’t lose track of your leads until you decide to remove their follow-up.

We’re excited to share our newest update – Custom Client Fields – which helps you easily set and save important information that you want to remember about each of your clients!
You can now store key details such as Lead Stage, Birthday, Budget, and more with custom date, dropdown, and text fields on your Privyr clients. It’s super convenient!

You can create or manage Custom Fields via the Privyr mobile app or web version. To do that, first look under your Account tab > Settings > Custom Client Fields.
Next, click Add New Field and choose the type of field you’d like to set up: Text, Date, or Dropdown. Then, simply follow the directions to set up the field. 
When you’re finished, you’ll see the fields in your Client Entries!
You can create up to 10 Custom Client Fields, and reorder them based on your preferences. For more detailed instructions, you can visit our help guide.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce a new Privyr feature that lets you share leads and clients with other Privyr users!
It’s as easy as sending a phonebook or contact card through WhatsApp message or text – except even better. Because now, Privyr users can add that contact to their Privyr account in a single click! 

Effortless Sharing: In a few taps, share your clients from any lead source directly through Privyr.
Import Options: Whether importing from personal phonebook or a CSV file, sharing is now just a few clicks away – just send your prospects to any colleague via your favourite popular messaging app!
Convenient Access: The Client Details will be sent with a link and a QR code that are good for 60 days.


Imagine you’ve collected valuable client information from your personal phonebook or a CSV, and you want to share some of these prospects with another Privyr user. Maybe that’s another business – or a salesperson that you work with who isn’t on your team. Typically, you would need to re-enter all of that information and do so much extra work! 
Now, you can easily share these prospects with other Privyr users. And in one tap, your recipient can add that lead or client to their Privyr account and proceed with their sales process.
This way, everyone gets the information they need without delay, and can more quickly share and engage prospects quickly from Privyr. 
Privyr Pro users can send unlimited contacts, and Free Forever users can share their newest 10 clients.

To share a client, just open your Client List. That’s in Clients > My Clients. Next, open the Client Entry for the client you want to share and tap Options > Share Client Details.
Then, simply choose the contact details of the person you want to send Client Details to. Finally, you can share your Client Entry via your preferred messaging channel – WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, and more!

This way, it’s easier than ever to track your lead conversions, and understand where your prospects are in their buying journeys.

To set this up from your Privyr mobile app, just go to your Account tab > Settings > Facebook Pixel & Google Tag ID.
Then just enter the ID(s) and select which Content Types (Files, Pages, and/or Lead Forms) you’d like to enable this for. It’s that easy! 

We hope this makes it easier to track your lead conversions! This update will be available in the latest version of the Privyr app (v2.15.17).

We know a lot of you are spending time creating Privyr Pages to showcase your properties so that you can track when and how your prospects view them.
And, we know that you’re doing this even though you have existing listings on PropertyGuru.
That’s great! But we knew it would be even better if you could keep your PropertyGuru listings and get the benefits of Privyr Pages, without the need for manual data entry or image uploads.
Great news! Now it’s possible, with our
new feature
that we’ve released exclusively for our Privyr Pro subscribers based in Singapore. 
With our new Privyr Assistant Chrome Extension, you can automatically convert a PropertyGuru listing into a trackable Privyr Page in just one click.

Here’s what you’ll get when you import your property pages into Privyr!
Instant Import: Automatically import text, images, and other content into a Privyr Page.
Customisable Content: Easily edit your page directly in Privyr.
Quick Sending: Send to clients within seconds via Quick Responses, or use Bulk Sending to send to multiple at a time.
Personalised Content: Pages are auto-personalised with your clients’ names, and feature your branding and contact details.
Track Views: Receive instant alerts when your clients view your Page. Track who opened it, when it was viewed, and for even how long they viewed it for. This way, you know the properties or types of properties your prospects are interested in – before you ask!

We’ve heard the feedback. And we love that so many of you are capturing leads from your phones
– without the need for complex integrations – with Privyr Lead Forms, Privyr’s free and easy built-in lead source.
That’s just one of the reasons why we’re excited to announce that Privyr Lead Forms are now available to create, edit, manage, and share from Privyr on desktop web. 

With this new option, it’s easier than ever to create and manage forms directly from Privyr in the way that makes you most comfortable – on the app or on desktop web. As always, you can share your form easily, via the link or QR code that comes with the lead form.
When a lead submits their details, they will automatically be added to your Privyr account. You’ll also receive an instant alert.
From Privyr, you can quickly contact them via WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, phone call, and more!

To create a Privyr Lead Form in Privyr on the web, visit Privyr in your web browser. Then, go to Integrations > Privyr Lead Forms > Create Form.

Then, add a Title, Description, and an image to the form. We recommend something descriptive and enticing so that your leads know:
The product or service that you’re offering
Why they’re submitting their details
What they will get out of it (including next steps, like a follow-up message or call from you)Scroll down further to find Advanced Settings, where you can fill in additional optional fields.

You can find the new field for Email Subject Line at the bottom of your screen while creating or editing a message template.
When you send the message as an email, the Subject Line will automatically appear in your email to the client. Here’s how that will look:

We’ve gotten the ball rolling on some new updates to make your Privyr experience even better
, and we’re excited to announce a new Team Dashboard for Privyr.
The Team Dashboard makes it easy to check on the progress of individual team members, as well as your team as a whole, including their:
Assigned Clients
Contacted Clients
Average Response TimesYou can find your Team Dashboard by going to the Team tab on the web version of Privyr.

Open Privyr on your desktop and go to the Team tab > Team Dashboard to see your dashboard. You will be able to view:

As the Team admin, you can view the number of clients that have been assigned to each team member, the number of clients who they have contacted, and your team’s average response time.
You also have the option to see how your team or certain team members are performing with clients in a certain group.
